Returns & exchanges
Pieces should be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Altered garments and made-to-measure orders are excluded.
1. Tell us within 30 days
Write to care@hawthorneandco.co.uk with your order number. No explanation required.
2. We send a prepaid label
Free insured collection anywhere in the UK, usually arranged for the next working day.
3. Refund or exchange
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three working days of arrival.
4. Alterations for life
Hems, waists and sleeves adjusted free of charge for as long as you own the piece.
